After that $10 will Be added to services. After 10 minutes appointment will be canceled. ‼️DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE ‼️ If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, you may reschedule one time only. Time a Day must be approved by me. Any additional requests to reschedule may require a new booking and deposit. ‼️‼️Lash Appointment Policy – Touch-Ups & Corrections Your satisfaction is important to me, and I strive to provide quality lash services at every appointment. ● Please inspect your lashes before leaving your appointment. If you have any concerns, let me know before you leave my suite. ● Once 24 hours have passed after your appointment, I am no longer responsible for any lash loss, lifting, or other issues that may occur. ● I do not offer complimentary touch-ups. ● If I determine that an issue can be corrected, any touch-up or correction is at my discretion and will require a service fee of $15–$20, depending on the amount of work needed. ● Lash retention can be affected by factors such as aftercare, sleeping habits, natural shedding, makeup products, and exposure to water, steam, or oils. Because these factors are outside of my control, I cannot guarantee retention after you leave your appointment. Thank you for understanding and respecting my policies. They allow me to provide the best service to every client. ‼️‼️ [ Updated Service Policy: Dress Code for Clients To maintain a clean, respectful, and professional environment at our new location, we ask that all clients adhere to the following new dress code when arriving for services: • Please arrive in appropriate daytime attire. Pajamas, sleepwear, robes, or similar clothing are not permitted. • Shorts must be of appropriate length and suitable for a professional setting. • Clothing that is overly revealing (including bathing suits, bras worn as tops, or excessively short shorts) is not allowed. Clients who do not meet these guidelines may be respectfully asked to reschedule their appointment.
